USA Blues Hall of Fame recipient, Chris Finnen, has recently joined musical forces with ARBA Blues Soloist of the Year, Cal Williams Jr, to create a dynamic and eclectic acoustic blues outfit that has already played to sell-out audiences at the 2015 Adelaide Fringe Festival.

Highly acclaimed Jazz double-bassist and ‘brilliant accompanist’, Kory Horwood, completes the line-up alongside these two award-winning ambassadors of Australian Blues.

From steel slide guitar to banjo, hand drums to barimbau, and even a ukulele made of copper, this band fuses the blues with the exciting elements of World Music to deliver an exciting and fresh interpretation of the raw and emotionally intense blues sound.

The exciting and accomplished three-piece of virtuoso performers, Chris Finnen, Cal Williams Jr and Kory Horwood, have already been booked to headline the 2015 Semaphore Music Festival and the 2015 Fleurie Festival in October .

We are very excited to get my old mate and very talented John McNamara back to grace the old gaol stage with friends Blue Eyes Cry . Both were fantastic in our first blues show and i am very pleased to have them back playing in my home. We are also pleased to announce the award winning blues band the Lazy Eye on the bill for the first time . The main artist for the night and playing last is the one and only Jimi Hocking. Jimi is the guitarist for the Screaming Jets but also a multi award winning blues artist. He is only 1 of 4 blues artists in the world that plays the mandolin and believe me it will blow you away.
Strictly limited to 200 patrons only.

Do not miss this very special intimate night inside the gaol with some of Australias finest blues artists.
tickets are $30 and you can buy them over the phone 87230032 or in person at the old gaol office between Monday to Friday 9 am until midday and 5pm until 9pm Monday to Friday .
